By submitting an entry to the “StageMeUp” contest, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms

Optional Submission:  Submission to the contest is entirely optional. Participation does not guarantee that the artist will be selected to perform at any concert associated with the contest.

Single Winner:  There will be only one winner selected to perform at the concert. The selection process will be conducted by designated judges, and their decisions are final.

Limitation of Liability:  The organizers, sponsors, and partners involved in the “Stage Me Up” contest (including but not limited to 4SAND Industries  Corporation, 717 Records, Arete Media, and Riff 111) will not be responsible for any financial obligations, liabilities, or claims arising from the concert and its production. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims of injury, loss, or damage related to the performance or participation in the contest.

Non-Refundable Submissions:  All submission fees are strictly non-refundable. Participants acknowledge that once a submission has been made, the associated fee is forfeited, regardless of the outcome of the contest.

By proceeding with the submission, participants confirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms and agree to comply with all contest rules and guidelines

Judges

Certified as a Community Manager by the TAGO Study Center in Barcelona, he is also certified by Google as a specialist in AdWords, SEO, and SEM. Currently, he is the founding CEO of RIFF111.com, where he has been for over 10 years, in addition to advising several Mexican internet sites. He served as president of the Mexican Society for the Promotion of Alternative Culture, S.A. de C.V., where the current idea of RIFF111 was conceived. He integrated RIFF111 into the Network of Incubators at the Universidad del Valle de México, Lomas Verdes campus, where it has become a success story and where he has had the opportunity to share experiences with high school and university students.

Starting as a self-taught producer in 4th grade, Zach Schoolcraft, known as Frayze, quickly excelled in music production and audio engineering, mastering tools like Sony Acid and Pro Tools. His talent for social media marketing helped him grow his following, leading to collaborations with industry heavyweights like Play Picasso and Meek Mill. Transitioning into artist development, tour management, and PR, he worked with notable artists such as ASAP Rocky and Travis Scott. His journey included significant roles at Interscope and 300 Music, overseeing major events like Rolling Loud and Coachella. Now the owner of 717 Management & Talent Agency, Zach remains dedicated to nurturing the next generation of music talent.

Max Forzan is a music executive, a multi- platinum singer and recording artist who made a significant impact in the Latin music industry from the early 2000s until 2016. He is affiliated with BMI and BMG Latin America and has received multiple Latin Award nominations for his exceptional work in music. With a strong background as a music manager and artistic agent, Max holds bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and a Master’s in Music Marketing, as well as a Master’s in Human Behavior. In addition to his achievements as a recording artist, Max is a seasoned music producer and a skilled movie and video director. He currently serves as the helm of 4 SAND Corp., where he combines his vast expertise to develop innovative projects and nurture new talent in the music industry.

Jake Boger is the founder and CEO of Arete Media, a podcast production company renowned for developing over 15 podcasts across various genres. With a natural flair for journalism, Jake possesses a unique voice that resonates with those in need, showcasing his commitment to storytelling and advocacy. As a respected critic in film, literature, and music, he leverages his insights to inform and engage audiences. In his role as the director of Pantheon Podcast, Jake produces more than six podcasts each week, continually expanding the reach and impact of meaningful conversations in the digital landscape.

Edgar Hansen is the legendary bass player for the acclaimed Mexican band DLD, boasting an impressive career spanning over 21 years and more than 2,000 live shows. Signed by Sony Music, DLD has released seven studio albums and three live albums, solidifying their place in the Latin music landscape. The band gained significant recognition in 2012 with the release of their fifth studio album, Primario, which received accolades such as the Latin Grammy nomination for Best Pop/Rock Album in 2013. Primario achieved gold status in Mexico, having sold over 30,000 units in both physical and digital formats. DLD has performed at renowned festivals such as the Ibero- American Festival of Musical Culture and Vive Latino, filling prestigious venues in Mexico City, including the Auditorio Nacional and Palacio de los Deportes. They have been honored twice at the Telehit Awards for Best Rock Album in 2013 and 2015, further showcasing their impact on the music scene.
